Ball Bearings
A ball bearing is a common type of rolling element bearing, Ball bearings typically support both axial and radial loads and can tolerate some misalignment of the inner and outer races. Also, balls are relatively easy to make cheaply compared to other kinds of rolling elements. Ball bearings tend to have lower load capacity for their size than other kinds of rolling-element bearings due to the smaller contact area that spherical shapes provide.
Taper Bearings
The taper roller design has been with us for many years. Most commonly found in automotive applications (especial heavy commercial vehicles), the taper roller provides many benefits. Its construction allows radial and axial loads to be applied and absorbs impact and shock loads with ease if properly fitted. There are many varieties of taper including back-to-back, face-to-face, sealed and preloaded units.

Spherical Roller Bearings
Spherical roller bearings can support high radial loads and moderate axial loads in either direction. They are also suitable for applications involving moderate shock or impact loads. Different cage materials are available for these bearings including steel, polyamide depending on the requirements of the application

Super Precision Ball Bearings
Super Precision bearings includes a full range of single row angular contact bearings and deep groove ball bearings that are designed to meet the following requirements:
- Extreme accuracy
- High rotational speed
- Quiet and smooth running
- Minimum friction and heat generation
- Controlled rigidity
Three series of Super Precision angular contact bearings are available, ISO series 19, 10 and 02 with preferred contact angles of 15 and 25 degrees.
To provide for a wide variety of applications, a choice of standard preload loads are available. In addition, these bearings are universally faced so that pairs can be mounted back-to-back or face-to-face without affecting the preload value. The bearings are also matched on bores and outside diameters to improve load sharing.
